We accept returns on unopened punch needle kits within 30 days of delivery (60 days during holiday periods). To start a return, email us at hello@punchneedlecozy.com with your order number, and we'll send return instructions. Once we verify your order, we'll give you the return address and process your refund within 5 business days.

If your punch needle kit is opened or partially used and you're not happy with it, contact us anyway — we'll work with you to find a fair solution.

Damaged or missing items

If your punch needle kit arrives damaged, or if anything is missing from the kit, email us at hello@punchneedlecozy.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
